BB: Tell me, what are your all-time favorite beauty products for face, body, and hair?

A: The joy of being a skincare and beauty blogger is that I get to test out a lot of products and constantly find new favorites. So this is the hardest question ever so I will list out some current favorites that I absolutely cannot live without:

For cleanser, it would have to be Farmacy’s Green Clean – this thing takes off every last bit of makeup and just reminds me of a green apple sorbet. It’s currently negative degrees in NYC so I need as much hydration for the face as I can get. One of my favorites for a dry winter is Belif’s Moisturizing Bomb – it’– creamy and so intensely hydrating.

My body skin is cracking in this winter and looks like crocodile skin but one thing that has made a huge difference is the Palermo Body body oil. It’s luxury in a bottle and wish I could indulge in it all day.

Hair masks are new to me but one that changed my opinion of all hair masks is the Briogeo Don’t Despair, Repair™ Deep Conditioning Mask. Leaves my hair so baby soft and sleek – I still remember how amazed I was after using this for the first time.

BB: You got some great choices there! When you get the chance to be alone, what is your favorite thing to do for self-care?

A: Self-care is such a saturated word right now but I think it’s important to remember that when you are practicing self-care, it should FEEL GOOD. So don’t drink that green juice that tastes yucky just because you think it’s healthy. I’m really getting into cooking lately so self-care for me has been just testing out new recipes that I thought I never could before. When the dish comes out to be edible, the immense satisfaction I get is true self-care for me.

BB: I so appreciate that way of thinking about self-care!  Here’s the third and trickiest question: If you were a food or drink what would you be?
A: I am a huge foodie so this is very hard. I’m Asian and can and will eat Asian food for every meal so maybe just a bowl of plain white rice haha. But things I always like to indulge in are an ice cream cone and a big stack of pancakes.
